Fees are a sliding scale based on a one-hour session:
$55 - $85 for individual sessions
$75 - $105 sliding scale for couples
I do not take insurance, yet I am able to be on some out-of-network providers. Contact your provider to find out if they cover out of network.
Sessions take place at my home studio, or in the comfort of your own home. I'm willing to see clients using telehealth, or in some cases, travel to clients within the Bellingham City limits. Contact me for arrangements.
“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”
— James Baldwin
I’m excited to work with clients who wish to experience more ease and play in any aspect of their lives.
Whether you’re facing upheavals in personal or professional life or emotions or questions that seem overwhelming, I’m confident that together we can create a space big enough to welcome those feelings and experiences in. I can support you in facing reality so that you can return to living in the flow with your life. Clients working with me benefit from the greatest tool to transformation I’ve ever experienced: active collaboration.
Furthermore, you’ll be able to take the skills I teach beyond the counseling session. These are practical skills, meaning that you can put them into practice in your life so that your journey inward can continue beyond the therapeutic relationship. The integrity skills that I teach are organized into four pillars:
Authentic Speaking and Resonant Listening
For people seeking partnership
Perhaps you’re between partnerships, or are feeling ready to start a new relationship. If so, I can share the practical tools that I used to organize my life for partnership, and how I welcomed my partner in. Furthermore, the relational tools I teach are applicable to all kinds of relationships, not just romantic ones. I’m confident with helping clients navigate family dynamics, friendships, roommate dynamics, or work relationships.
